20345-1: Administering Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019 Training is aimed at professionals to teach them the techniques to support and administer Exchange Server. Prerequisites for this training
Before attending this course, students should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of expertise administering Windows Server, together with Windows Servier 2012 R@ or Windows Server 2016.
- A minimum of 2 years of expertise operating with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS). A minimum of 2 years of expertise operating with name resolution together with the name System (DNS).
- Understanding of TCP/IP and networking ideas.
- Understanding of Windows Server 2012 R2 or later, and AD DS, including planning, designing, and deploying.
- Understanding of security ideas like authentication and authorization.
- Understanding of easy Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP).
- Working information on public key infrastructure (PKI) technologies, together with Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).

The best-suited candidates for this Microsoft Exchange Server training include enterprise-level administrators working with Exchange Server. Professionals who are from the helpdesk or are IT generalists can also consider taking this course. It is recommended to have at least 2 years of experience working in the IT industry, especially in the Windows Server Administration area, helpdesk, system administration, or network administration.
