Course Description
Note: AZ-305T00: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions is the replacement course for AZ-303T00: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies Expert and AZ-304T00: Microsoft Azure Architect Design Expert.
AZ-303T00 and AZ-304T00 was retired on March 31, 2022.
MS Azure Technologies (AZ-303) exam is for those who have capabilities and expertise to design and implement solutions running on MS Azure, counting some aspects such as compute, storage, network, and security. However, there are numerous responsibilities for an Azure Solution Architect that comprises advising stakeholders as well as translating company needs into secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions. They also partner with the cloud DBAs, cloud administrators, and clients to implement the solutions.
A candidate for this exam should have higher knowledge and experience of IT operations, comprising virtualization, networking, identity, security, disaster recovery, business continuity, budgeting, governance, and data platform–this position ought to manage how decisions in each area affect an entire solution. Besides, this job should have expert-level expertise in Azure administration and have knowledge and understanding of DevOps and MS Azure development processes.

Prerequisites for this training
It is recommended to complete following prerequisite before enrolling in this training:-
- Understanding on-premises virtualization technologies covering virtual networking, virtual hard disks and VMs.
- Know how the network configuration works covering TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, encryption technologies and firewalls.
- Recommended to learn about Active Directory fundamental concepts covering forests, replication, and LDAP and domain controllers.
- Understand disaster recovery and resilience covering restore and backup operations.
