About this course

This course is designed with the intention to provide students a view of skills that are needed for supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 system and various other devices in the domain of windows server environment. The course will help to understand features of Windows 10 and how they can be used in the environment of Active directory and troubleshooting them.

Student profile

The course is intended for the candidates who are responsible for providing Tier 2 support for running Windows 10 systems to users in enterprise organizations having a domain of windows environment and normally designated as Enterprise Desktop Support Technician (EDST). EDST candidates are focussed on a broad range of technical issues for Windows operating systems (OSs), devices, cloud services, applications, and hardware support etc.

The key responsibilities include resolving technical issues pertaining to Windows 10 installation and migration, activation, performance, profiles, settings; and device synchronization. Some other key responsibilities include local and remote network access; access to applications, access to data and printers; authentication, Endpoint security, and policy; OS and data recovery.

The course is also suitable for the professionals who are responsible for the administration and support for Windows 10 desktops, devices, users, and associated network and security resources.
