About the Certifications

ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (ITIL SL) is a series of two modules.

The two modules are as follows:

• ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve
• ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy

ITIL SL acknowledges the need for ITIL for all digitally enabled services, not only IT operations. You can show that you have a thorough understanding of how IT affects and guides company strategy by becoming an ITIL 4 Strategic Leader.

Certification Details

To earn the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader Certification, you must take the following trainings and pass the exams:

• ITIL®4 Foundation and
• ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve and
• ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy
