MD-102T00: Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator is the replacement course for MD-100T00: Windows Client and MD-101T00: Managing Modern Desktops.

In this course, professionals will learn to plan and implement an OS deployment strategy. With modern deployment tactics, a Professional will manage all the modern desktops of an organization. The professionals in this course also will learn the management of apps and web-browsers. The key skills that professionals will learn are key concepts of managing modern desktops. Professionals will access, authenticate, and fulfill all the compliances in an organization. After completing this course, a professional will get the job role as a modern desktop administrator. Professionals will quickly meet the business needs of a current organization.

Prerequisites for this training

The Modern Desktop Administrator must be familiar with M365 workloads and must have strong skills and experience of deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10 and non-Windows devices. The MDA role focuses on cloud services rather than on-premises management technologies. It is recommended students complete course MD-100: Windows 10, prior to taking this course.

This module explains how to plan and implement a deployment strategy. Students will learn about the concepts of supporting the desktop through it's entire lifecycle. This module also covers assessing an existing environment and the tools used to prepare a deployment strategy. Finally, students will be introduced to the tools and strategies used for desktop deployment.
