This Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer Expert Certification covers Microsoft Teams Phone with Plans, Operating Connect, Direct Routing to Microsoft Teams devices, voice migration, and audio/video conferencing.

Candidates must know telecommunication technologies and experience Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and PowerShell. There is only one prerequisite to earn this certification, i.e., a candidate has to earn the Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate Certification first.
