MS Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate Certification demonstrates your proficiencies and skills to execute security controls and threat protection, manage identity and access, and protect applications, data, and networks in hybrid & cloud environments as a piece of end-to-end infrastructure. The Certification is for security engineers who implement threat protection and maintain the security escalations, and remediate vulnerabilities by utilizing several security tools. Microsoft AZ-500 exam (MS Azure Security Technologies) must be passed to obtain the Microsoft Azure security certification. To get this certification at Microtek Learning one should have strong skills in networking, virtualization, and cloud N-tier architecture and the knowledge of scripting and automation.

It is recommended to have an excellent skills in automation and scripting, in-depth knowledge of network virtualization, brief knowledge of cloud abilities such as services and products on Microsoft Azure and cloud N-tier architectures. However, professionals must have good understanding with cloud products and services for Microsoft Azure. It is also recommended to have validated knowledge for the following course.
Microsoft offers two options for certification renewals for professionals who want to validate their skills in the respective areas. You can prove yourself by working in existing technology or by achieving recertification examination in the two years of your certification renewal. When you have passed the examination, the validity of your certification will be renewed for two years starting from the passing date.
The certification is intended for students having minimum one year of practical hands-on experience in securing Azure Workloads along with security controlling measures on Microsoft Azure.
