If you're a functional consultant who performs core Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central setup processes for small and medium businesses, this certification is for you. Candidate must have experience configuring Dynamics 365 Business Central role centres, like, action tiles, cues, insights, charts, and reports. The candidate should know how to extend Business Central by using Microsoft Power Platform components.
It will be a plus if a candidate knows Business Central and understands the industry terminology, standards, priorities, methodologies, and best practices. If your current job role is administrator, DevOps, developer, quality assurance, solution architect, or UX designer, this Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certification could be an excellent fit.

Microsoft Recertification Update:
1. Previously, Microsoft role-based and certifications were valid for two years.
2. Starting June 2021, certifications are valid for one year, but they can be renewed online for free at Microsoft Learn.
3. The renewal window begins six months before the cert expires. During this window, before the cert expires, you can take a free online assessment and get the cert extended by one additional year from the current expiration date.
4. Want the best of both worlds, old and new? Certifications earned before June 2021 will be valid for two years and eligible for the new renewal process.
