MCSA: BI Reporting Certification

OVERVIEW

Leverage a Microsoft certification and earn Microsoft Power BI in your career. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certifications are the foundation of the new genre of Microsoft’s cloud-optimized credentials. This specialized certification reveals your expertise and knowledge in related to data visualization, data analysis modeling, dashboards, and direct connectivity to data sources in Excel and Power BI. The certification serves as a base of Microsoft’s new generation of cloud-optimized credentials. The certification requires passing one of two important examinations. It is the initial phase on your path to becoming a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Data Management and Analytics.

Prerequisites

Required basic knowledge of Standard Query Language (SQL) and Microsoft Excel.

Recertification

Microsoft offers two options for certification renewals for professionals who want to validate their skills in the respective areas. You can prove yourself by working in existing technology or by achieving recertification examination in the two years of your certification renewal. When you have passed the examination, the validity of your certification will be renewed for two years starting from the passing date.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The primary audience for this certification are BI professionals who have knowledge to analyze data by utilizing Microsoft Power BI & MS Excel. The secondary audience for this training are technically skillful business users along with SQL server creators having deep interest for alternative methods in presenting data.
