Microsoft Teams Administrators configure, deploy, and manage Office 365 workloads for Microsoft Teams that focus on efficient and effective collaboration and communication in an enterprise environment.
Microsoft Teams Administrators must be able to plan, deploy, and manage Teams: chat, apps, channels, meetings, audio conferences, live events, and calls.
While it's not a strict prerequisite, it is recommended that you earn this Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification prior to training for other Microsoft 365 certifications.
Microsoft provides two re-certification options for those who want to demonstrate continuous competence in these areas. You can demonstrate that you're staying current in the technology by either taking a re-certification exam or stay-current course within two years of earning your certification. As soon as you pass either the course or the exam, the expiration date on your certification will be extended two years from that date.
Students in this course are interested in Microsoft Teams or in passing the Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate certification exam.
