Note: This is a consolidation & replacement course for MS-200: Planning and Configuring a Messaging Platform Associate and MS-201: Implementing a Hybrid and Secure Messaging Platform Associate which were retired on Aug 31, 2020.

The key elements of this course include Microsoft 365 Messaging administration. It includes massaging transport and mail flow. Professionals will learn about messaging security, hygiene, compliances in messaging, infrastructure in messaging, and hybrid messaging. The key skills that professionals learn in this course include managing the transport pipeline. Professionals will also manage and troubleshoot the mail flow and issues in transport. After completing this course, professionals will find several jobs. Professionals will be Microsoft 365 Messaging in many companies. As a messaging administrator, a Professional will collaborate with a security administrator and Microsoft 365 administrator to secure a business's messaging.

Who Should Attend?

The Messaging Administrator deploys, configures, manages, and troubleshoots recipients, permissions, mail protection, mail flow, and public folders in both on-premises and cloud enterprise environments. Responsibilities include managing message hygiene, messaging infrastructure, and hybrid configuration and migration. To implement a secure hybrid topology that meets the business needs of a modern organization, the Messaging Administrator must collaborate with the Security Administrator and Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator. The Messaging Administrator should have a working knowledge of authentication types, licensing, and integration with Microsoft 365 applications.
