Q. How do I attend the live classes in a Mobile device?

  • Install 1 application from play store/Appstore on your mobile device “Zoom Meeting” application
  • Ensure you log in from your registered email ID
  • Navigate to the dashboard and Use the ‘’Attend’’ button to attend your Class before the session (You will also receive an email with all the links)
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection of 4mbps or more.

 

Q. How can I chat with the trainer during the live session?

There is a chat option in the Zoom Meeting app. You can initiate a chat with the trainer just by clicking that option.

 

Q. What should I do to listen to the audio during the live session?

Spot the audio icon in the Zoom Meeting app. Click that icon and have access to audio during the live session.

Q. I didn't receive any coursewares.

Q. What are the specifications to attend the Live Classes?

Minimum Internet speed of 4 to 5 MBPS and Chrome browser are recommended. You will need speakers or headphone to listen to the trainer's voice.
