The goal of our SolarWinds Advanced Automation course is to acquaint seasoned SolarWinds administrators with the capabilities of the SolarWinds SDK and API.

This course is best suited for students who have completed SolarWinds Advanced Platform Administration Training or have at least six months of practical experience administering Server & Application Monitor (SAM) and/or Network Performance Monitor (NPM) in SolarWinds.

For this course, it is assumed that students have a basic understanding of element polling, the Orion database schema, and how to use the SolarWinds web portal. This advanced course covers topics such as exploring the Orion SDK, comprehending SolarWinds Query Language (SWQL), and automating Orion administration chores using PowerShell.
