GUID, MAC address, VM config (nics, drives, etc) are preserved by VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager. MOID, DRS configurations n VM permissions are not preserved. Site Recovery Manage does not preserve any affinity rules, limits and reservations placed on the virtual machine.

In almost all the scenarios, falling over of Site Recovery Manager in an automated fashion is a very poor idea.
