The three-day advanced-level ITIL 4 Strategist course highlights the advantages that Agile and Lean working methods can provide for your firm. It includes useful, strategic techniques for organizing and implementing ongoing development with the required agility.

You can prepare for the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader and ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) certifications by taking the ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve training. It is a mandatory component of both the Strategic Leader and Managing Professional courses and is a universal module and crossover exam.
