Course Overview

Amazon Quick is AWS's AI-powered workspace, and it is broader than the business intelligence tool many people still picture. Dashboards are part of it, but so are knowledge bases that answer questions from your own enterprise content, custom chat agents you build without writing code, automated workflows, and a research agent that investigates topics across multiple sources.

This one-day course covers the whole workspace. You will start with what Quick is and how to navigate it, then move into Quick Sight for AI-powered analytics: creating and managing datasets, building interactive dashboards and visualizations, and using scenarios and data stories to explain what the numbers mean rather than just display them. From there you will work with Quick Spaces, connecting knowledge bases and data sources, setting permissions and security controls, and aggregating the resources a team actually needs in one place.

The second half turns to automation. You will build and deploy custom chat agents, learn the prompting techniques that make them reliable, orchestrate multi-step workflows with Quick Flows, and run research projects with Quick Research across multiple data sources with proper source validation.

Three hands-on labs run through the day, including building an HR agent and creating working flows. There is no coding involved.
