Amazon Quick is AWS's AI-powered workspace, and it is broader than the business intelligence tool many people still picture. Quick Sight, the dashboard and analytics part, is one piece of it. The workspace also covers knowledge resources you organize in Quick Spaces, custom AI chat agents, automated workflows in Quick Flows, and research across multiple data sources.

This one-day course covers the workspace in four modules. You start with what Quick is and how to navigate it. Then you work in Quick Sight: creating and managing datasets, building interactive dashboards and visualizations, and using scenarios and data stories. Next you organize resources in Quick Spaces with the right data sources, permissions, and security controls, and you build custom chat agents using effective prompting techniques. The last module covers Quick Flows, for orchestrating agentic workflows, and Quick Research, for launching research projects across multiple data sources with proper source validation.
