Course Description

In this five-day training course, students will understand the required expertise to audit a BCMS (Business Continuity Management System) and maintain a team of advisers by applying widely acknowledged audit principles, procedures and techniques. After completing this training, students will gain the required knowledge and skills to plan and perform external and internal audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and certification audits according to ISO 17021.

With the help of practical exercises, students will acquire skills like mastering audit techniques and competencies like managing audit teams and audit programs, interacting with customers, conflict resolution, essential for the efficient conduct of an audit.

This 22301 training course is compatible with the BS 25999 audit (Business Continuity Management Specification) and ISO 27031 (Guideline for Information and Communication Technology willingness for Business Continuity).

  • Certification fees are included in the exam price.
  • Participants will be provided with the training material containing over 450 pages of explanatory information and practical examples.
  • An attestation of course completion worth 31 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits will be issued to participants who have attended the training course.
  • In case candidates fail the exam, they can retake the exam within 12 months following the initial exam for free.
