You are qualified to take the exam following the training session. If you pass the test, you can apply for a certificate called "PECB Certificate Holder in ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation". You can participate in SMS implementation projects if you hold a globally recognized "PECB ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation" certificate, which certifies that you understand the fundamentals of ISO/IEC 20000-1 standards for an SMS.
