ISO/IEC 27002 Foundation Training

Course Description

This ISO/IEC 27002 foundational training course covers the fundamentals of cybersecurity, information security, and privacy.

Participants in the ISO/IEC 27002 Foundation training course can study the fundamentals of implementing and managing information security measures in accordance with ISO/IEC 27002.

Participants will be able to recognize the four themes—organizational, people, physical, and technological—that ISO/IEC 27002 divides into when classifying information security controls.

Additionally, the training course discusses the connections between ISO/IEC 27002 and other standards, like ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27003.

After finishing the training, participants must pass an exam. A "PECB Certificate Holder in ISO/IEC 27002 Foundation" will be yours to claim if you do well enough. By earning this certificate, you have proven your proficiency with the ISO/IEC 27002 information security controls.
