ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy Training

Course Description

Digital and IT strategy focuses on how technological disruption is affecting enterprises across all industries and how business executives are reacting.

The ITIL suite gains a new perspective with the addition of the IT and Digital Strategy module. Business leaders and aspirant leaders can now have strategic conversations about ITIL ideas thanks to DITS. The goal of the module is to assist IT professionals and aspiring leaders in developing and putting into action an IT and digital strategy that can successfully address disruption brought on by the digital age.

Accredited training is required for the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader modules in order to fully understand the core topic. ITIL 4 Foundation is required for all modules. Furthermore, at least three years of IT managerial experience are needed for the ITIL 4 Leader modules.

For candidates to acquire the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader certification after achieving the ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, they would just need to finish the ITIL 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy module.
