The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT covers how service organizations may deal with sustainability issues in regard to their digital and IT tactics, strategies, and operations, with a focus on the ITIL Service Value Chain and ITIL practices.

The training identifies core sustainability competencies and capabilities that service organizations need to cultivate and offers suggestions on how to empower teams to successfully address sustainability issues.

A multiple-choice exam with a closed book will be used to evaluate this program. Case study assignments will also be part of the "ITIL 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT" module's evaluation procedure.
