Course Description

The course provides an introduction to SAP BW/4HANA and helps students build their foundational knowledge. It explains and produces information providers like CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, and DataStore Objects (advanced). Data extraction and provisioning are done using the Operational Data Provisioning Framework (ODP) and flat file loading. The native SAP HANA data models and the SAP BW/4HANA data models are integrated.

• BW410 is strongly recommended before taking the advanced courses BW430, BW450, BW465
• Knowledge gained in BW410 will support your understanding of the topics covered in BW405.
